At Fremorah every piece is thoughtfully curated or custom reworked. Because of this and due to ongoing theft issues at our storefront, we have updated our return policy to protect our small business.
No Returns / No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for any reason.
Size Exchanges Only
We are happy to offer size exchanges only, under the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- The exchange must be requested within [X] days of purchase
- Exchanges are subject to size availability only
- If the requested size is not available, the item will remain final sale
Custom & Reworked Items
All custom, reworked, altered, or made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
Sale Items
All sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and make it right
