Return and Refund Policy
At Fremorah, we want you to be completely satisfied with any of your purchases. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy outline below.
RETURNS
We accept returns within three days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in it's original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that any custom-made or personalized pieces may not be eligible for returns. Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, Fremorah is no longer responsible for that package.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item/s they ordered were damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. An email or message must be made the day of arrival if items were damaged, defective, or incorrect. Fremorah is not responsible for items lost or damaged if they were to be returned.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item/s, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2-10 business days. Please note that any applicable taxes or duties are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange a piece for a different style or size, please contact our customer support email. We will assist you in processing the exchange based on product availability and provide instructions for returning the original item. Fremorah is not responsible for the return shipping costs for your exchange.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
